Randy Wise
Dealer
Randy Wise has spent his entire professional career in the automotive industry. Growing up in Waterford, it was a business that always appealed to him. Upon graduating from the University of Michigan in 1970, he began his career in the auto industry with a wonderful working relationship with Al Serra. In 1989, he took over his first store in Flint with Chevrolet. Randy has been instrumental in over 50 local and national charities such as Easter Seals, The United Way, Athena International, Fenton Community Center and Hurley Hospital. He has made a strong commitment to improving the Flint area, working with numerous schools in the county. In addition, he is a significant contributor to The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Professionally, Randy was recognized with the Time Quality Dealer of the Year in 2012, served as the president of the Michigan Automobile Dealers Association in 2014, and currently serves the association as a Director-At-Large. People, attitude and fun are what truly make this business work, according to Randy. Once you have the right people with the right attitude, everything else falls into place. No company ever succeeded on negativity, and Randy constantly pushes this message across all of his dealerships. Due to his commitment to youth, his community and his profession, Northwood University presented the Dealer Education Award to Randy in 2019.
Chris Wise
Vice President
Chris Wise, a Grand Blanc native, earned his degree from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in 2000. He began his career in investment banking in Chicago before returning to Michigan to join Randy Wise and complete the National Automobile Dealer Academy in 2005. With extensive experience across all areas of dealership operations, Chris has held leadership roles managing Lincoln/Hyundai, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & RAM, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Randy Wise Toyota locations. Today, he serves as Vice President of the Randy Wise Automotive Group, overseeing strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the organization. A committed community leader, Chris currently serves on the board of the United Way of Genesee County and has previously served on the boards of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Flint and the Flint Cultural Center Corporation.
Mike Schmidt
General Manager
Graduating from Bay City Central with the class of 1999, I spent the next 7 years after high school serving in the United States Army. I have spent the last 17 years holding multiple positions in the Automotive Business. My #1 goal is customer satisfaction and team growth. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and four children being outdoors as much as possible.

Adam Sode
New Vehicle Sales Manager
I've been in the automotive industry for 10 years and have had the opportunity to work in New and Used Car Sales, Finance, and New and Used Car Management. Those experiences have helped me better understand our customers' needs and how to make their car-buying experience as smooth as possible. What I enjoy most about this business is the camaraderie with my coworkers, the opportunity to help people find the right vehicle, and getting to meet new customers every day. Building relationships is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. I've been married to my wife for four years. When I'm not at the dealership, you'll usually find me on the golf course or spending time with family and friends. I look forward to helping every customer have a great experience and finding the vehicle that's right for them.

I have been a part of the Randy Wise Team since May 2004. The best part about this team is the owners. Randy & Chris genuinely care about all of their employee's and their community. Outside of work I enjoy spending with my with children, family and friends.
