HQ Fun Bunker is at 1006 N Saginaw Street and is open in summer from April on Thursdays from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. and on Fridays and Saturdays between 2 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. In winter, the opening hours change in October from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

3. Have Outdoor Fun in the City Parks

Durand has over 30 acres of recreational space where you and your family can enjoy various outdoor activities in the fresh air. The best is, it doesn’t cost you anything. Trumble Park and Optimist Park are the ideal open spaces to play volleyball and basketball and enjoy a family barbecue. The parks have gazebos, pavilions, picnic benches, grills, playgrounds, and restroom facilities. Optimist Park also has a concession stand.

If you want to go hiking, head out to Soloc Wildlands Pond and enjoy nature on the Wood Chip Trail or take your family for a picnic at Shaw Park, Lions Park, or Diamond District Park, that have picnic tables.
